Heating vessel

Used to harden concrete specimens under controlled conditions and constant water temperature.

The hardening vessel can be supplied in several designs, plastic, galvanized steel and stainless steel.
The vessels can be supplied with an analog or digital controlled heating element, and are in sizes from 200 - 1000 liters.

Ready-cast cubes, cylinders or prisms / beams are placed in the hardening vessel and the water must be kept at a constant 20 degrees.

  • Temperature control in water baths: They have heating elements and control panels to maintain a constant temperature, usually around 20°C, which is ideal for hardening.
  • Storage: The concrete specimens are placed in the vessel, often on grates for even temperature distribution.
  • Water and Circulation: The vessel is filled with water, and some models have pumps to ensure even temperature.
