Health, Environment & Safety in focus 

 

In Servi Group, health, safety and the environment are an integral part of the business and how we work. As a responsible employer, Servi Group works actively and systematically to create an environment that promotes a safe and healthy workplace for our employees and a sustainable environment.

Measures are taken to prevent work-related injuries and health problems, as well as continuously minimize our impact on the environment.

 

The goal of zero injuries has become part of how we think and work, with a strong focus on continuous improvement. Servi Safety Moments helps to create a culture where safety is a priority, and that all employees take responsibility for maintaining a safe working environment. Stop Work Authority (SAM) gives all employees, hired personnel and visitors the opportunity and obligation to stop situations that may be dangerous.

The HMS handbook is part of Servi Group's management system and provides an overview of Norwegian laws and regulations as well as our internal requirements in health, safety, security and the environment. Our environmental management system is ISO 14001 certified.
